Helpful, or not sent

Every message CARFIX sends a customer must now pass a single test before it goes: does it genuinely help?

By the CFX Gazette newsdesk ·

AUCKLAND, 20 October 2026 — CARFIX has adopted a rule for every customer message: helpful, or not sent. Before a message goes out, a shared gate checks that it gives the customer something useful.

When CARFIX writes to a customer about their order, every part is accounted for. A part is never quietly dropped from a message, and where a proven equivalent exists, it is offered.

The rule keeps CARFIX's messages few and worth reading.

If a message wouldn't help you, it doesn't get sent. That's the whole rule.
