AUCKLAND, 20 October 2026 — CARFIX has sped up Bob, its AI parts expert. Answers to the most common questions, a rego and a part, now begin in about 2.3 seconds, roughly twice as fast as before.
Every new version of Bob must now pass a release gate of 162 checks on what the customer actually sees, before it reaches the live site.
Speed and accuracy are measured together on every conversation turn, so one is never traded for the other.
