Swapping Out Your Honda's Brake Rotors — DBA Style
> Disc brake rotors are what your brake pads grab onto to slow you down. Over time, they wear out, especially if you're hard on the brakes in your Honda Civic or Integra. Think of them like the tread on your tyres, you need to keep them up to scratch for your WOF!
Spotting the Trouble
• Brake pedal feels like it's got the shakes?
• Brakes are making a racket?
• Rotors look like they've seen better days (cracks, grooves, the works)?
• Taking longer to pull up at the lights?
• Pads wearing unevenly?
WOF Woes?
Worn rotors? That's a no-go for your WOF. They need to be thick enough and crack-free to pass the test.

🛠️ Bob's "Get It Done Right" Companion Checklist
Before you dive in, mate, let's make sure you're all set. Safety first, yeah?
• Safety Glasses: Don't want any of that brake dust or rust in your eyes. Safety Glasses are cheap as chips and worth their weight in gold.
• Nitrile Gloves: Keep those hands clean and protected from the nasty brake dust. Nitrile Gloves are the way to go.
• Brake Cleaner: Blast away all that carbon dust and grime before you start fiddling. Makes the job cleaner and easier. Grab a can of Brake Cleaner.
• Caliper Grease: A little dab of anti-seize caliper grease on the caliper bolts will keep things moving smoothly for longer.
Remember, never get under a car supported only by a jack! Use proper jack stands. Safety's a no-brainer.

Fitment Notes
Make sure the new rotors are the same as the old ones, especially on models like the Honda Fit/Jazz and Integra VTiR. Check the size and bolt pattern to be sure.

• Clean and Prep: Use Brake Cleaner to clean the anti-corrosion shipping oil off the new rotors before mounting the calipers.
