Gotta stop that Peugeot Boxer or Fiat Ducato safely, eh? Disc brake rotors are key! Let's get those brakes sorted!
NZ$470.00 including GST. Part number DF4750S.
Swapping Out Your Disc Brake Rotors — The TRW Way
> Disc brake rotors are a seriously important bit of kit for your Peugeot Boxer or Fiat Ducato's braking system. These blokes wear down over time due to all the friction and heat, especially when you're hauling heavy loads and stopping all the time like you do in a commercial van. If they get too worn, your braking won't be up to scratch, and that's no good.
What Clued You In?
• Brakes sound like a choir of squealing cats or a metal grinder?
• Your brake pedal's doing the Macarena (vibrating like mad)?
• Taking longer to pull up than a cafe lunch?
• Rotors look like they've been attacked by a rusty spoon?
• Brake pads wearing unevenly?
WOF Woes?
Worn or dodgy brake rotors are a classic reason for failing a WOF here in New Zealand. They need to be within the minimum thickness and not too buggered to pass the test.

🛠️ Bob's "Get It Done Right" Companion Checklist
Alright, before you get stuck in, a few quick things to keep you right as rain:
• Safety First, Mates! Never, ever get under a vehicle supported only by a jack. Use proper stands. Safety specs on too, yeah?
• Keep it Clean: Brake dust is nasty stuff. Give everything a good blast with Brake Cleaner before you start pulling things apart. It'll make the job easier and keep the dust down.
• Hands Protected: Those brake parts can be rough on the mitts. Grab some Nitrile Gloves to keep your hands clean and scratch-free.
• Grease is Your Friend: When you're putting things back together, a little dab of anti-seize caliper grease on the right spots will keep everything moving smoothly and prevent future headaches.
Expert's Two Cents
Worn brake rotors are a real safety risk for your Peugeot Boxer or Fiat Ducato. Getting them replaced sorts your braking right out and stops other brake bits from getting damaged. Bob @ CARFIX is your man for sussing out exactly what you need for your van. Pop over to Bob's Shop for a yarn!
Fitment Notes
Double-check that the new rotors are the right size and shape for your Peugeot Boxer or Fiat Ducato, including the diameter, thickness, and bolt pattern. Some models have different rotor sizes depending on the year and how they're set up.

• Brake Dust Protection: Keep a pack of Nitrile Gloves handy to protect your hands from grease and dust.
• Clean and Prep: Use Brake Cleaner to clean the anti-corrosion shipping oil off the new rotors before mounting the calipers.
• Lubrication: Apply caliper grease to caliper slide pins and pad contact points to prevent squealing.
