Every guide link checked, every night
Links across CARFIX's car guides and product write-ups now lead to live pages, and a nightly check keeps them that way.

AUCKLAND, 1 November 2026 — CARFIX's car guides link straight to the parts they mention. Those links now point to live pages across thousands of guides, and not a word of the guides was changed to do it.
A nightly check now follows the links in product write-ups. When a part goes off sale, its link moves to a live equivalent, or to the right category, before anyone clicks it.
With tens of thousands of pages linking to one another, the check keeps every route through the site open.
A guide that sends you nowhere is worse than no guide at all.
