Built to be found by people and machines alike

CARFIX has launched a full reset of how its 40,000 guides and hundreds of thousands of product pages are presented to search engines and AI assistants.

AUCKLAND, 26 June 2026 — CARFIX has set out a complete programme to make its content readable by the systems that now decide what people find: search engines, and the AI assistants that increasingly answer questions directly.

The programme covers how pages are delivered to automated readers, how they describe themselves in structured data, and how every page is announced to search engines through a governed sitemap.

It is the groundwork for a simple goal. When someone in New Zealand asks what fits their car, the answer should be able to come from CARFIX.
