About the Lancia Phedra JTD

The Lancia Phedra shared much of its underpinnings with other MPVs from the PSA Group (Peugeot and Citroen). It was primarily available with diesel engines. These engines, while offering reasonable fuel economy, are known for being prone to problems, particularly around the turbocharger and diesel particulate filter. Maintenance can be expensive due to limited parts availability outside of Europe. This is compounded because the vehicle was not sold in New Zealand.
