> Oil filters are like the kidneys of your engine, keeping the lifeblood clean. Especially important for high-performance and classic engines found in rides like the Porsche 911 and Jaguar XJ. Regular changes are a no-brainer to prevent premature wear and keep them humming. Let's get this sorted.
Signs It's Time for a New Filter
• Low oil pressure
• Funny engine noises (knocking or ticking)
• Oil looking like mud
• Oil warning light is on
• Engine feels a bit sluggish
WOF Worries?
Nah, you're sweet as long as there are no leaks from a dodgy install or busted filter.

Before you get cracking, mate, safety first!
• Safety Glasses: Don't want any stray oil or grime in your peepers. Grab some Safety Glasses.
• Nitrile Gloves: Keep your hands clean and protected from the muck. Nitrile Gloves are your best bet.
• Engine Flush Additives: Add before draining the old oil to help suspension and remove sludge.
• Oil Drip Tray: Keep the garage floor clean and tidy.
• Hand Cleaner: Because you *will* get mucky. Get some heavy-duty hand cleaner to scrub up afterwards.
