Gotta stop those Toyota Liteace and Townace vans, right? Disc brake rotors are what give your brake pads something to really bite into.

Swapping Out Your Disc Brake Rotors — The RDA Way
> Those disc brake rotors on your Toyota Liteace or Townace are dead important. They're the surface your brake pads grab onto to bring you to a halt. Give 'em a hiding, especially with the weight these vans lug around, and they'll wear out, warp, or even crack.
What Clued You In?
• Brakes squealing like a stuck pig or grinding something shocking?
• Brake pedal vibrating like crazy?
• Taking forever to stop?
• Rotors looking cracked or buggered?
• Brake pads wearing unevenly?
WOF Worries?
Dodgy brake rotors are a dead cert for a WOF failure here in NZ. Get your rotors checked to make sure they're thick enough and not cracked or too worn, or you'll be walking!

🛠️ Bob's "Get It Done Right" Companion Checklist
• Safety First, Mates! Never, ever get under your Liteace or Townace supported only by a jack. Use proper axle stands – your life's worth more than a cafe lunch.
• Brake Cleaner: Blast away all that nasty brake dust with a can of Brake Cleaner. Keeps things clean and helps the new pads bed in properly.
• Anti-Seize Grease: A wee dab of anti-seize on the caliper bolts will save you a heap of grief next time you're in there. Trust me on this one.
• Glove Up: Keep your hands clean and protected with a set of Nitrile Gloves. Brake dust is minging stuff.
• Eye Protection: Don't be a goose – wear safety glasses. No one wants a face full of rust and brake dust.
Bob's Two Cents
Worn rotors mean your Toyota Liteace or Townace won't stop like it should, and that's just not cricket. New rotors mean good braking and stop other brake bits from getting damaged. Pop into Bob's Shop and let's yarn about what's best for your van!
What Fits?
Double-check the rotor size (diameter and thickness) to make sure it's the right one for your Toyota Liteace or Townace. Some models had different sizes, so best to be sure.

🧰 What Else You'll Need:
• Safety First: Never work under a vehicle supported only by a jack. Always secure it on heavy-duty safety jack stands.
• Brake Dust Protection: Keep a pack of Nitrile Gloves handy to protect your hands from grease and dust.
• Clean and Prep: Use Brake Cleaner to clean the anti-corrosion shipping oil off the new rotors before mounting the calipers.
• Lubrication: Apply caliper grease to caliper slide pins and pad contact points to prevent squealing.
