🛠️ Bob's "Get It Done Right" Companion Checklist
Before you dive in, a few things to keep in mind:
• Safety First, Mates! Engines get HOT. Make sure the engine is cold before starting. And disconnect the battery, just to be safe.
• Spark Plug Protection: Keep those new plugs pristine! Use the original packaging or a spark plug socket to prevent damage to the ceramic insulator or electrode. A damaged spark plug can cause engine misfires and poor performance.
• Blast that Carbon Dust: Give those spark plug holes a good blast with some Brake Cleaner before you pull the old plugs. Stops crud falling into the cylinders.
• Glove Up: Keep your hands clean and protected from grease and grime with a pair of Nitrile Gloves.
