Description

Oil Filter Change-Up: RYCO Edition
> Oil filters are the unsung heroes, keeping the grunge out of your engine oil in tough vehicles like the LDV G10, D90, MG GS, and HS T. Give 'em a hard life, they do! Over time, these filters get choked up, starving your engine of the good stuff.

Uh-Oh Signs: Time for a New Filter
• Engine's lost its mojo?
• Sounds a bit rough, aye?
• That oil pressure light's glaring at ya.
• Oil's looking more like black sludge.
• Engine's running hotter than a summer's day.

Will it pass WOF?
A clean oil filter is a no-brainer for a happy engine and a WOF sticker. Keep it sorted!

🛠️ Bob's "Get It Done Right" Companion Checklist
• Safety First, Mates! Never, ever get under a car that's only propped up with a jack. Use proper axle stands – your life's worth more than a cafe lunch.
• Cleanliness Counts: Before you even think about touching that new filter, give the area around it a good wipe down. You don't want any crud falling into your engine.
• Protection is Key: Those oil filters can be a pain to get off! Safety glasses are a must.
• Lube It Up: Before you screw on the new filter, smear a little fresh oil on the rubber gasket. This helps it seal properly and makes it easier to remove next time.
• Don't Forget the Extras: Grab some Engine Flush Additives, an Oil Drip Tray, and some Heavy-Duty Hand Cleaner. You'll thank me later.
