DBA Brakes · Part number DBA2460S · NZ$266.00 incl. GST
Got a Hyundai H-1, iLOAD, or iMAX that's working hard? Disc brake rotors are what give you the stopping power, clamping those brake pads for a safe and sound ride.
NZ$266.00 including GST. Part number DBA2460S.
Swapping Out Your Disc Brake Rotors — Featuring DBA
> Disc brake rotors are those metal discs your brake pads squeeze to slow you down. On hard-working vans like the Hyundai H-1, iLOAD, and iMAX, rotors cop a beating. Heavy loads and constant stop-starts can warp them or cause cracks from the heat. That means dodgy braking.
Spotting the Trouble Signs
• Feeling a wobble or shake in the steering wheel or brake pedal when you brake?
• Hearing a nasty grinding or squealing when you hit the brakes?
• Taking longer to stop, or the brake pedal feels soft?
• Seeing grooves, scoring, or burnt spots on the rotor?
WOF Woes?
Worn or damaged brake rotors? Gutted, mate, but your vehicle will fail its Warrant of Fitness (WOF). Good brakes are a no-brainer for safety here in New Zealand.

🛠️ Bob's "Get It Done Right" Companion Checklist
Before you even think about cracking open the toolbox, let's yarn about doing this job right, aye?
• Safety First, Mates!: Never, ever get under a car that's only held up by a jack. Use proper jack stands – your life's worth more than a cafe lunch. And chuck on some safety glasses – brake dust in the eyes is no fun.
• Keep it Clean: Brake dust is nasty stuff. Grab some heavy-duty nitrile gloves to keep your hands clean and protected. Trust me, you don't want that grime under your fingernails.
• Carbon Dust Be Gone: Give those new rotors a good blast with Brake Cleaner before you fit them. Gets rid of any factory gunk and helps the pads bed in nicely.
• Don't Forget the Grease: A little dab of anti-seize [caliper grease] on the caliper bolts will make your life easier next time you're in there. Stops things seizing up.
Bob's Two Cents
I always reckon you should replace brake rotors when they're looking tired, especially on vans like the Hyundai H-1, iLOAD, and iMAX. They need good brakes for safety and work. DBA rotors are a mint choice, known for quality and handling heat. Pop into Bob's Shop, and we'll sort you out with the right parts for your Hyundai H-1, iLOAD, or iMAX!
Fitment Notes
This DBA disc brake rotor fits Hyundai H-1, H1, I800, iLOAD, and iMAX CRDi and i models from 2008 onwards. Double-check your vehicle's year, model, and engine, as there can be differences.

🧰 What Else You'll Need:
• Safety First: Never work under a vehicle supported only by a jack. Always secure it on heavy-duty safety jack stands.
• Brake Dust Protection: Keep a pack of Nitrile Gloves handy to protect your hands from grease and dust.
• Clean and Prep: Use Brake Cleaner to clean the anti-corrosion shipping oil off the new rotors before mounting the calipers.
• Lubrication: Apply caliper grease to caliper slide pins and pad contact points to prevent squealing.
